Conditions
- Prices are per week (from Saturday to Saturday).
- For 2-week or longer stays, special prices are applicable.
- VAT is included in the prices.
- Upon booking a deposit of the 30% of the total price is required.
- The booking is confirmed upon reception of the deposit.
- Balance payment is 30 working days before arrival.
- A guarantee deposit of € 900,00 is required.
Additional Services
- Extra cleaning: € 12,00 per hour.
- Extra linen change: € 8,00 per person (bed linen and 1 set of 3 towels).
- Professional Chef on request.
- Heating expenses (gas and wood).
Prices include
- Water, gas, light services, end-of-stay cleaning, one complete linen change per week, and welcome basket are included in the price.
